We are looking for Facilitation Trainees to support the lead artist and facilitator throughout the workshop process.
This is a paid opportunity and would suit candidates who are interested in learning more about community engagement and facilitation within an arts and educational setting.
Facilitation Trainees will play a crucial role in supporting the project and work closely with the lead artists and facilitator to achieve the outcomes of each workshop. As a facilitator trainee, you’ll be learning how to guide group discussions, workshops, and other collaborative processes effectively. You’ll develop skills in group dynamics, conflict resolution, active listening and communication and have the opportunity to practice facilitation under supervision.
Fee: £13.00 per hour and travel expenses
Eligibility: You must be aged 18 – 30 to apply for this role. We cannot consider applications from those who are studying in Secondary School. Candidates must live in Warwickshire; however, we are prioritising those who live within Bedworth or Nuneaton.
